Dear Asmita, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 485
OBC: 455
SC: 311
ST: 337

With 541 marks irrespective of your Category, you have a chance at all the 3 Government Medical Colleges of Uttarakhand. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Firstly congratulations for your result you have scored quite good marks. Though, dear it hard to get a seat through AIQ. Upto the rank 15000 it gets hard to get the seat through AIQ and yours rank is even above it
Through state qouta you have very nice chances to get a seat. Depending on your category cut off you can grab a seat in government medical college.
