Dear Amarlata, with 435 you have chance of getting onyl one college under STATE QUOTA in OBC category i.e. Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College whose cut off was 429. Apart from this college its very difficult to get into any govt college as the cut offs were much higher than your score.

If you get this college then you should join it. As it is better to join a GOVT college than private college.
Sir can you please suggest some best private medical colleges on this score
