I got 2875 rank for IIT JAM Physics (2020), Should I participate in the JAM or CCMN counselling, Is there any chance that I will secure an admission anywhere, where JAM scores are accepted ?

Sorry to say but it seems impossible. As there are more than 445 seats available in JAM Physics. Each institute has different number of seats available for JAM physics. Maximum of 40 seats are available in each institute for IIT JAM in Physics. For general category, each institute provides around 20 seats for JAM Physics candidates.

For admission in IITs you need less than 500 rank while for admission in various NITs via CCMN counseling, you require rank less than 2000. So better to go for CCMN ciuncounse and then try for better state institutions and private institutions.
