Sorry to say but with 290 marks in NEET , you don't have any chances of medical seat or BDS seat,
For getting medical seat you have to score more than 500 marks,
But don't loose hope, if you are specific about doing MBBS then you can attempt the exams again, if not then you have many other choices rather than MBBS .

B.Pharmacy.
pharmD.
B.sc agriculture.
Veterinary sciences.
B.sc nutrition
Physiotherapy.

All the above courses are also good and have scope as well.
