As you mentioned,that you have secured 293 In NEET with sc category and state quota of rajasthan;your chances of getting a medical seat in gob=vernment college are none or very less.

Even if we will consider last year's cutoff for sc category in rajasthan,it went to 400 marks ,that double your score;but this there is an increase of 4,500 seats in mbbs seats all over india,therefore I've mentioned that you still have slight chance.
