If we refer the last year's cut off marks for All India Quota counselling which was 400 nd above for OBC category then your chances of admission in government Medical Colleges all over India will be less as your score is 294. Even in state quota counselling for most of the states the cut off marks are 350 and above and can go down to the extreme limit of 320 marks but not less than that. 

Therefore if we look at the last year's cut off marks then your chances of admission are less.
