The cut-off for Shri Ramdeobaba College of engineering and management generally remains a little high. If you need admission in computer science and engineering branch then you should secure more than 90 percentile. For other branches the cut-off goes upto 85 percentile. So it's difficult for you to get admission with 30 percentile. 

So I would suggest you to appear once again for jee in April and try to secure more marks .

With a percentile of 30 your All india Rank is approimately more than 6 Lakhs.With such rank it is qite difficult to get admission in RCOEM . The cutoff for RCOEM  goes below a rank of around 15,000.You cannot get an admission even if you are a Maharastra domicile.

I am really sorry to inform you this. But you need to inprove your score. Try to score better in the JEE Mains second paper. If you improve your percentile you can get into the best colleges.
