You can join low rank NITs who offer BArch/BPlan. Options are less but still you can give a try. After NIT campus, you can try for SPA campus. SPA delhi will be best option out of all the campus in terms of academic and placement opportunities. You can choose as per your interest or suitable for you.

After SPA, you can try for university option. SIR JJ  college of architecture is one of the best option which you can also consider in your college list. JMI university delhi is another best option.

Your percentile is good but it all depends on your rank and 2nd session will change all the existing number. So it would be better to look for college option on the basis of your final rank.
