Firstly, I would like to tell that the AP EAPCET (formerly known as AP EAMCET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for admission to undergraduate courses in the field of engineering, agriculture and pharmacy science offered at colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Sorry to say that there are less chances for you to get the admission with 30,000 rank . But don't loose hope that was just a prediction because cut off varies every year because it depends upon the huge factors such as the difficulty level of exam, the candidates applied for it and so on.
