As per the previous years counseling statistics a candidate with your rank doesn't stand any chance of getting any seat. Even though you belong to a reserved category. A candidate with your rank can get a seat only if he belong to UNR OPEN GEN CAP category.
In my view you must go for the counseling process still your chances are low.
