According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you can get CSE or ECE in some of the lower NITs if you deserves Home State quota as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. As CSE is one of the topmost branch so the cut-offs are also pretty higher for that, you can check out previous year's cut-offs for top branches like this from the link given below :-
