Hello Satvik, as per your UPTU marks it is tough to get seat in any goverenment college in UP. But your mais percentile is quite good you have a fair chance of gettin in any NIT you can apply for them all. Now considering your BITSAT marks definitely you will not get CS in BITS pilani but you can try your luck for other BITS college.
