If you belong to general category, you can get only private MBBS seat at this score. For private colleges, fee is usually around 25 to 40 lakhs for whole duration of the course.

You have scored an average marks in the exam based on these marks you will not be able to get any government medical college as for that you need to score above 550 marks for ( all India Quota) and 500 marks for (state level quota) but don't be dishearten you can easily get some good private medical colleges with this rank. Yes you can but In any average private college and that also through management quota by paying a huge sum of money. If you can, then its good !

But yes, if you have reservations, then you might get a private college with less fees. Eg 6–7 lacs per annum while for management quota, you will have to pay 16–18 lacs per annum.
