By seeing your percentile its hard to say that there are no chances for you to get any seat. Because 31 percentile does not happen to meet any college cut off though you have reservation. As you are an architecture aspirant you need more a better percentile to get into an elite college. so all I can suggest you is to take another attempt and score better rather than seeking colleges for this attempt.
