Hi Chandra sekhar, It is seen from last year trend in NEET that you can get a clinical management seat of your choice in NEET PG with your rank,for example the candidate who got rank 32436 Got MD Pediatrics in Aarupadai veedu medical college,puducherry Via all india quota , So with state reservation/Convener quota, you could even get better colleges , good luck
