Since you haven't mentioned your category I have assumed that you are asking about the general category cut off .So let me tell you that to get a seat in BHMS through state quota a minimum score of above 340 is required .Though speculations might not turn out to be true ,so I would suggest you to apply for all the AYUSH courses .

You have not mentioned your category anywhere. Your category plays a very crucial role in your admission process. If you are from kerela then you do have chances of getting a bhms government seat through 85 % state quota.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bhms course for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
If you are from a reserved category then you will also entertain some relaxation in the cutoffs. But do remember that this time cutoffs are expected to rise a bit. So it's difficult to put forward any specific prediction.
As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the  councelling related information. Registration for state ayush councelling are likely to begin from the first week of September.
