Sorry to say but your score of 326 is not enough even with your reservation to get you a government medical college for MBBS anywhere through All India Quota and even in Rajasthan through State Quota.
Previous year the cut off through state quota was 432 for Government Medical College, Dungarpur and the corresponding. Even in BDS the cut off went 396.
You really have low chances here . But , you can wait for the mop up round or try taking AYUSH courses.Also private colleges is a option you can go for . For more information please visit -

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government medical colleges in rajasthan even  through state quota . If I talk about the previous year data then minimum marks required for an st candidate  under state quota was 432 for Government Medical College, Dungarpur. So you do not hold any chance . You can go for a private medical college. Do remember that  The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
