You have not mentioned your home state. Therefor it will be difficult to exactly predict anything. However generally with SC category and 327 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
But if you belong to states with low cutoffs such as Karnataka,you might get some government college. Also, You will surely get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are negligible.you might get admission in a private medical college or a government dental college.
If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in some colleges in that state through state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
