Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 218327 - 258477. So if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Karnataka for Hyd-Kar region then there are good chances for you to get seat in some of the private medical colleges on Management quota seat.
