First of all, you need not panic!!!! The qualifying marks for SC candidates in NEET 2020 is 147-133. SInce you have scored 340 marks, you definitely have qualified the exam.

Regarding the statistics I think you have got it wrong it seems. This time around 15,97,435 registered for NEET, among which 2,21,253 belonged to SC category. Out of them(registered SC candidates) 1,90,630 appeared for the exam and around 98,809 qualified the exam. You can look at the statistics here:
