Nevertheless, if we look over previous year's cutoff for BHMS in telangana then 380 marks secured a seat for BHMS under 85% state quota. Having said that the cutoff changes every year depending on many factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper. So, this year also tge cutoff has increased by 15-25 marks according to which you must have scored at least 400 marks to get a seat in government medical colleges for BHMS under state. So, its very difficult for you to fetch a seat under All India as well as State quota.

But with 342 marks you have fair chances to get a seat in private medical colleges for BHMS course.
