NEET admissions are provided on the basis of 85% State Quota and 15% All India Quota.The cutoff marks determines the score which is required to be scored for admission in medical/bds colleges.Now there are separate cutoffs for different categories.
Now based upon your marks you seem to have less chances for seat under state quota in the government colleges.Now regarding private collegs you have minimal chances but still you have.

Dear student, you will not be able to get government BDS colleges with 347 marks in NEET UG 2019 under state quota in Andhra Pradesh. Score around 500 and above secures a seat in government colleges. You won't even be getting category A seats in private medical colleges under state quota. You will have to contact private medical colleges for management quota seats where you can get admission.
