Hey
I think you might not get govt medical college. It also depends on your domicile state.
State quota cut off is generally low than all india quota cut off as it depends on top neet score of that particular state. So you might get college in your domicile state through state quota. But 349 marks are quite low for general category.
All india quota cut off is generally high. We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
Here is a link which can predict college as per your neet score. I hope this might help you

Hello student,
With a score of 349 in general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges under all India quota when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the all India quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Yes you can get admission in medical college with this score. However you may have to compromise with your choice of college as with this score you couldn't get government as well as top private medical colleges. You need to settle for average medical colleges with high fee structure.

You can predict what colleges you may get with these marks by going through the link of neet College predictor tool given below.

Hope it helps.

Thank you.
