Your prospects of getting an admission in this rank are slim. It would be more beneficial for you if you had any categorical reservations. It would be advantageous if you could apply in your home country.

Look for institutions near your home and apply there. Check for a cutoff rank that is close to yours.

Although the chances are slim, you should keep trying.
