As you have not mentioned the Category you belong to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. You can't get free Agriculture seat based on previous year's cut-offs. But your parent overall income do matters and that should be within the prescribed range. You if you General Category candidate then you may get partial fee reimbursement of at you get seat and if you belong to SC/ ST/ Minority then you may have chances of getting full fees reimbursement if you get seat. The cutoffs varies from year to year and may depend on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
