Sorry to say but with this rank you won't be able to get good government engineering colleges under UPTU.
Even if you belong to Uttar Pradesh, the chances are almost null if you are a general candidate.
However, if you belong to any reserved category, then you might land at a government college but then also, you won't get the most favoured branches there.
