Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 380 marks to get into a government medical college in Karnataka via the state quota counselling. 

Infact the cutoff is expected to go higher than last year due to the stiff competition m

So if you belong to general category then you may not have chances of getting a government medical college in Karnataka.
