Hi!  Yes,  for 364 you have a sure shot chance of getting into a BHMS college in Andhra Pradesh through SC quota, mostly in the first round itself.  Just make sure you have all the documents ( caste certificate, domicile, etc.) ready and available and that you fill in the correct college code during the counselling process.
