I got 367 marks in neet 2019 my sc rank is 11562 and i am sc. Can i get a government mbbs college under state quota? I am from UP

For deemed university there is scope for govt college you might have a chance. I ll just advice you to go through counselling.

As farcas I think you may get a govt college under your category  in UP RURAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES , SNMC AGRA, BRDMC Gorakhpur etc . I ll suggest you to go through the cutoff ranks for these colleges yourself just to be sure. All the best
