Hello student,
You have not mentioned which region you belong to. With a score of 368, ij SC category it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. The cut off's for various region are
AU region 378
SVU region 395
OU Region 421
So your chances are indeed less. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
