371 marks in NEET 2019 won't get you a seat in any of the government medical colleges under state quota in Andhra Pradesh according to 2018 cutoff list. But cutoffs tend to change depending on various factors like top Neet score, difficulty level of the exam and others.

If the cut off do not decrease, you will have to apply in private colleges only as there are negligible chances to secure a seat in government medical colleges. There would be no concession in fees in private colleges.

Dear Jaya,  you havent mentioned which are you a locale to. Nevwrthless, in 2018, the cut offs for various areas for SC  Category have been as follows:

AU: 427
SVU: 403
OU:  418

Wih 371 marks unfortunately you dont make the cutnfor Government Medical Colleges. But you have a chance in Private Medical Colleges. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. There might be a difference of give or take 25-40 marks. You can check the cut offs of various colleges in AP at:
