Sorry dear you won't be able to get any government medical college seat as the expected cut off marks for general applying under 85 %state quota seats will be above 490 marks and if you are applying under 15 %all India quota seats then it will be above 540 marks but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
