Hello Aspirant!

In 2018, the MBBS cut-offs for Government medical colleges in Telangana were between 415 and 471 for OBC candidates under 85 percent state quota. If same trend continues this year too, then you do not have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college. 

For BDS the cut-offs were between 330 qnd 399. If same trend continues this year too, then you might get a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent dental college.

Can i get medical seat in tamilnadu or karnataka

You will have to apply for colleges in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka under the 15 percent All India Quota. But I am afraid your marks marks are not enough to procure you a seat in a governmnent medical college. You may try for the private ones.
