Hello,
Admissions in tilak ayurved mahavidyalaya are donon the basis of the  merit rank secured in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Director of Medical Education and Research, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai.you cannot get into this college on the basis of your neet score.
Since you have scored quite enough ,so you might get a good government seat for bams .
Cutoffs  vary from college to college. The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
