To be very fair let me tell you very clearly that you are having no chance of getting a Seat in government college for MBBS in any of the college. But still you can get admission in other courses like BHMS BAMS BDS etc in any government college. Though it's not 100% certain . As it could happen only with the help of your home state quota.

As cutoffs are very high in states like Bihar, You have to be above 540 for open category. Above 500 for OBC-EBC. For Govt college.

If you are SC or ST then only there's a chance you'll get Government Medical College Seat. The cutoffs are around 380.

But you will definitely get a govt college of your choice.
