In All India Quota it is impossible to get Government colleges. For state quota, you are required to enter name of your state as it is very tough to predict your state than predicting the cutoff.

Sorry my friend but this is a quite low score in 2019 as cut-off rose very high this year in NEET due to quite easy question paper. Due to which many students were able to score very high marks. But then too do not loose hope. There are still many private colleges which will accept this score. Best of luck.
