385 for OBC under All India Quota is a very less score. Because of the limited no.of seats available in the Central pool, the cut offs are usually high. In 2018, under State Quota, 429 marks under OBC Category secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College. That was the cut off. With your score, you can get a Private Medical College seat.
