Hey,

It's difficult to predict as it depends on number of factors such as:

  1. Number of candidates willing for that particular branch.
  2. Number of candidates willing for a particular college.
  3. Category you belongs to.
  4. And your home state.
  5. Number of seats available for that particular branch.

Now with your that it's difficult to get CSE in top NITs and IITs. For other branches you definitely have chances in NIT kurukshetra,NIT Jalandhar, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Mizoram, NIT Goa, NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Manipur, NIT Goa, IIIT Lucknow, NIT Durgapur.

For CSE one college I would like to suggest is HBTU.
