As the cutoff changes every year and varies for admission from state to state and from college to college, it would be difficult to predict whether you will get a seat on scoring 390 around or no. To get any government college in your state under 85% state quota seats, you need to score 500+. However in the case of 15% AIQ seats, minimum score of 550+ is required if you belong to open category.
You can get private colleges for MBBS, cause at this rank getting a govt. College is too difficult.
