As per your calculated score you can get admission in a private college. As for a government seat minimum 500+ score is required. However the cutoff changes every year varying from state to state and from college to college depending upon many factors like the number of students appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, also the total number of seats available. And so it would be difficult to tell you regarding your chances of admission in a government college.

Sorry but with this score it is very difficult to get a MBBS seat in government college even under state quota as for that too you need to have a score around 500. Though you can get a seat in private medical colleges with this score to predict those colleges please go through the below given link of neet College predictor.
