As per your question, as you have low average rank so as per your marks and as per your marks I think you had given ap eamcet exams,so you may not get good and old colleges but you may get CSE in average colleges. As you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under open category. So as per your marks you may get college for CSE branches like:-

1) Aditya College of Engineering

2) Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology

3) Dhanekula Institute of Engineering & Technology

4) D Venkata Ramana and Dr Himasekhar Mic College of Technology

5) KKR and KSR Institute of Technology

These are the colleges which you may get for CSE branches as per your marks and as per general category.
