You haven't mentioned your Home State but with this marks you can definitely get good colleges for BAMS and BHMS. You have low chances of getting government colleges for these courses, but you can obviously get some good private colleges. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
