OC candidates as such don't get as much as advantages which SC/ST reservation may get. 

Your expected rank based on your score will be ranging from 65200-66600.You have less chances to get Govt colleges but yes with this score you can try for private colleges.

Also depends on the state you belong and you must also know that the cutoffs have risen high this year compared to last years as you might be knowing that the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively.
