Your eligibility for a free seat in Pharma. depends on your rank. I am afraid a rank of 40,000 is not very promising to get you a free seat in Pharma. even after SC reservation.

Based on your rank you will not get any fee remission.

But some colleges give fee remission on the basis of caste or income of the family. You have to look into the official sites for getting more Information.
