The CSE seat cutoff for VIT University's will be around 7,000 to 14,000 or something for almost every Campus or it may vary a little bit but for sure tou will not be able to get seat in Computer science engineering at top VIT University branches but you can have a chance in new campuses like Amaravati and some other where the counseling extends beyond the cutoff rank sometimes due to vacant seats and it rarely happens at that situation you can get a seat so, we have to try atleast so, attend the counseling if you did not get seat in Computer science engineering branch you can choose for other branches or you can just leave it then and go for other college options.

After so much delaying due to coronavirus the VIT has now ultimately released the rank list. This year on account of Covid19 pendemic VITEEE was cancelled and the admission for the academic session was to be given based on class 12 percentage. The candidate seeking admission has to be in the merit list and then they would be shortlisted for counselling process.

You have got 40000 rank. I am giving you here the previous year closing rank for different branches in VIT Vellore. You can accordingly know which branch you are getting based on that. Remember this is past year data and approximation. Hence it is subjected to change.
