Since you have not mention your category it is tough to give the answer and also very difficult to give exact answer as the results are not out yet. But it seems very difficult to have any chances of getting a government medical seat with your marks calculated this year. As the competition is getting harder, it is highly required to score above 550 marks for secure chances of getting govt. medical seat. Just hope for the best.
