I got 416 marks in neet 2019 am from Telangana should I apply for AIQ or state qouta . Will I get seat in govt collge

As you didn't mentioned any specific category then you must be a open category student. Sorry to disappoint you but you can't get admission into government college either ways. You marks are low, you should have above 600 to get government seat in All India Quota and above 500 in case of state quota.
