Lol! R.G.Kar medical college is a government medical college. 

 I accept that RG KAR medical college is a government college but if you would try to know a little bit more about it , then you might know that it is a government college now , earlier it was a private college only. Even , it was the first non governmental medical institute in Asia. So , even after getting government accredition  . It still has some its seats as private and the cutoffs for those seats are same as that of a private medical institute. I am sorry that i tried to fit the wrong key in your mind. Hopefully you are clear with what i was trying to tell you .
