As per your query I would like to tell you that MS Ramaiah medical college is a private college in Karnataka and if you belong to the state itself then you can participate in state counseling as private colleges also participate in state counseling and as per your marks you have fair chance of getting a seat but the fees structure will be according to the one set by college only.
