You can ofcourse apply for wbjee. For getting a good college you will have to have an incredible rank that can counterpart your board marks

the eligibility criteria for wbjee is  General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019. you may apply in all government college of west bengal except jadavpur university as it requires 60% marks in pcm.
